Thelmita is our grandmother and a matriarch in our family.Â
Thelmita is our grandmother and a matriarch in our family. Her father purchased land in the Honduran mountains in the early 1900s, before the First World War. She has operated the business independently since 1970 and continues well after her 90th birthday. We deliver her specialty and blended coffee, grown in Marcala, Honduras, one of the world’s most premium coffee locations.
Light Roast
Our light roast is airy, dry, and floral.
For this harvest, we selected something that is nippy and acidic. This starts with a delicate balance of flavors and notes, then ends with a salt-driven, mellow finish.
It is as if dark and fruity chocolate has been blended into one specialty crop and harvest.

I love Thelmitas’ dark roast, it makes my mornings perfect.
Truly “good to the last drop”! I just finished my first bag of coffee, and I’m happy to report that it’s excellent. I would buy it a thousand times more.
Intensely flavored coffee. Roasted, it tastes best without adding anything. If you like to add milk, non-dairy products, or butter, do so in moderation as it dilutes the coffee’s flavor. Overall, I enjoy this coffee knowing that it is sourced respectfully and minimizes mold growth.
This coffee is amazing! I loved everything about this coffee!! It is strong enough, yet light enough to not make you jumpy and is not heavy.
